Wheat, Grey Stripe Sunflower, Oats, Sorghum, White French Millet and/or Safflower.

Wheat, Oats, Sorghum and Corn are all cereal crops which provide carbohydrate and protein.

Grey Stripe Sunflower and Safflower are oilseeds which are high in fat and fibre. Birds love these oilseeds but because of the high fat levels, should only be fed sparingly.
